Research that dynamically explores, investigates and challenges, just like good qual should.  We are serious about good qual.

Our specialties are emotional profiling, behaviour change, branding and financial research.  Our approach is highly creative, which we are also serious about.  Creative and innovative qual is a serious business if you want to generate useful insights.

We offer the traditional range of qualitative methods – focus groups, depths, participant/observation, triads and mini-groups – but also provide a range of innovative approaches such as Discourse Analysis, Brand Healthcheck, Netography, Online Communities, and Assisted Biographies.
